Jeanette is a seasoned vocational education professional with over 35 years’ experience as a TAFE educator in Australia. With a foundation in environmental science and a career spanning large public sector institutions and smaller organisations, Jeanette brings a systems-thinking approach to innovation, digital transformation, and educational leadership. As the former Education Development Manager at The Gordon TAFE, Jeanette led the organisation through the critical transition to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic—an achievement that earned her the CEO’s Award for Excellence in 2020. She has successfully led major Learning Management and Curriculum Management System projects and is known for her leadership in instructional design and technology integration.
