Michelle Weiss
Michelle is the Director Engagement, Partnerships and Growth with TAFE NSW. Whilst based in Sydney she leads regionally dispersed place-based teams who build strong cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships including spearheading TAFE’s Listening and Response cycle. Michelle also leads teams who have a statewide and strategic remit delivering specialised services to support business growth, partnerships, bids and tendering. Her teams facilitate significant revenue, commercial and socially valuable opportunities for TAFE. She is also responsible for the delivery the engagement work of the Manufacturing Centres of Excellence and TAFE’s multicultural engagement function.
Michelle has extensive experience across the NSW Government NSW Health, Planning, Industry and Environment and Education where she has held Director and Executive Director roles leading policy, operational and service delivery as well as communications, marketing and engagement.
