Danielle Doughty
Danielle Doughty is Team Leader – Health and Community Services at Charles Darwin University (CDU TAFE) and an experienced VET leader specialising in RTO compliance, training design, and workforce development. With a background as a Registered Nurse/Remote Area Nurse and qualified trainer and assessor, she brings extensive experience in developing and delivering nationally recognised training aligned to ASQA standards across urban, regional, and remote contexts.
Danielle’s work focuses on translating regulatory requirements into practical, high-quality training and assessment practices. She has led the design of Certificate II through Diploma-level programs, supported validation and continuous improvement processes, and built team capability to strengthen quality and compliance across the VET sector.
She is passionate about creating industry-relevant, learner-centered training that supports workforce readiness and delivers meaningful outcomes for diverse communities.
