Nicole Shang is Manager, Product at TAFE Queensland, with extensive experience across vocational education and training, quality, compliance and large‑scale product development. She has held senior leadership roles supporting RTO governance, national standards reform and Master Product delivery, and brings deep expertise in educator capability, stakeholder engagement and product systems. Nicole has played a key role in shaping practical, human‑centred approaches to innovation, including the responsible adoption of AI to strengthen quality and impact across the VET sector.
